[Feature Request]: Enable Editing for Transcribed Text in the Interview Recording Feature

Purpose:

This PR addresses the issue where the transcribed text from audio recordings during interviews may not always be accurate due to poor audio quality or transcription errors. The user needs the ability to edit the transcribed text directly to ensure correctness.

Description:

I aim to create a PR that adds functionality to enable users to edit the transcribed text from audio recordings during the interview. Previously, the transcription was displayed in a text box, and now, users can edit the text directly to correct any transcription errors.

Benefits:

• Improved Accuracy: Users can now correct transcription errors, ensuring the final text is accurate and reflects the actual content of the interview.
• Better User Experience: Enables more flexibility and control for users, especially when dealing with noisy or unclear audio recordings.
• Time-Saving: Instead of relying on external tools to correct transcriptions, users can now directly edit within the platform, streamlining the workflow.
• Enhanced Usability: Makes the interview recording feature more reliable and valuable, especially for critical use cases like HR interviews or customer interactions.
