Fix cards on About page

Change the carousel at the bottom of the About page (in the Our Impact) section to match what's shown in the Figma. This issue includes the following changes:

• Add the caption drawer to the cards on the About page's carousel
  • The text should be:

    Optimal Schedule Builder Website to help UGA's 40,000 students graduate earlier and maximize their day.

• The image in the card can be a screenshot of Athena for now since we don't have any of the actual project yet
