Support host variable to be able to connect to EU datacenter #43

Please provide support to choose for EU datacenter with environment variable SAUCE_API_HOST. This is needed because we are migrating to the EU datacenter what will improve our test stability.

Thank you for your interest in this provider. I will update testcafe-browser-provider-saucelabs to use the new saucelabs-connector version today.
