[docs] Mention that proxy works only for pages served over HTTP (not HTTPS and not HTTP/2) #6523

I guess we need to add a note to the Run tests guide as well as to the three reference topics.

The HTTP/2 limitation persists until we do https://github.com/DevExpress/testcafe/issues/7176
