As of now in DevFeed we don't have a issue template so whenever anyone want to open a issue, they don't have any specific format for it.
And due to GSSoC as a lot of new issues are being opened it would be great if we have different issue template for different purposes like : Bug, Chore, Features, Docs update
so it will be easy for us to raise the issue and easy for maintainers to filter issues !
