Add /unbanip <Player> command #333

What version of AdvancedBan (/AdvancedBan) are you using? 2.1.8

What kind of server do you have (Bungeecord/single server)? Single server

What server version (/version) are you using? Spigot 1.8.8

Currently, /unban <Player> only works if the player is not banned by his IP. It would be nice if this command could directly unban his IP if the player is IP-banned.

I think this would be misleading, be it might be a good idea to have an /unbanip <Player> command. So you can unban IPs by the original username that got banned with that IP.
