Grant players the ability to view their full history, minus notes, by just being able to do /history. (or another command)
Players are able to see their current warnings and notes via permissions, but there's no permission to view their prior bans or prior warnings.
I think it would be a good idea to exclude notes from this since those are usually used for staff related note taking on players. That's what we use them for anyway.
