Hey, you can add Serving servers on permissionex so that the offline player cannot be banned?

PermissionsEx is extremely outdated and is no longer maintained. Consider changing to LuckPerms instead.

PermissionsEx is still unmaintained and discontinued, AdvancedBan will likely not provide fixes regarding that permissions plugin if there's issues using it.

"This is a revived repository of PermissionsEx", meaning it's not official.

Point is, PermissionsEx is officially unmaintained and discontinued, support will not happen for something that has been discontinued. Other plugin developers will tell you the same. Consider using LuckPerms, which also has a bunch more features than PermissionsEx and is being maintained.
