[Feature Request] Configure a Database Table Prefix #569

It would be nice to be able to configure a Database Table Prefix to allow for nicer table organization, as well as multiple different instances running on the same database separately.

AdvancedBan does not support running multiple instances of itself (such as by running AdvancedBan on all of your subservers in a proxied environment)
