IndexOutOfBounds on incomplete command #605

What version of AdvancedBan (/AdvancedBan) are you using? 2.3.0

What kind of server do you have (Bungeecord/single server)? single server

What server version (/version) are you using? Paper version git-Paper-445 (MC: 1.19.3) (Implementing API version 1.19.3-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) (Git: 4d7269e)

Please provide the EXACT steps required to reproduce the problem...

  1. run the command "/note -s" as a player also works with "/ban -s" "/warn -s" "mute -s"
