Create a widget/component that lists all projects #17

The widget will be displayed on the home page and also on the main organization page. When on the main page it should list all possible projects from all companies. When on a organization page it should list only the projects for the selected organization.

The widget should display a configurable count of tiles that contain a small tile image, project title, description, number of shared KanBan cards open for bids and number of KanBan cards where the bidding was accepted and people are working on them
