No tests for Inf/Nan in modp_dtoa, modp_dtoa2 #10

There are no tests for Inf or Nan values in modp_dtoa/2.

tests need to be added, and code changed appropriately.

Inf was handled correctly.

Nan was not, and appears to be a buffer overflow.

fixed in revision 225
