configure and config.h.in should not be svn #27

For development svn is used. configure and config.h.in are generated 
automatically via autoconf tools. They should be removed from svn. For released 
taballs only they should be generated using may be 'make dist' or something 
similar.

svn status shows:
M       configure
M       config.h.in

without me making any changes. This should not happen in development checkout.

agreed.  This and a few others are a mistake and should be removed.
