Merchant Trading command fixes #14

Fixed the registration of the Merchant Trading command(s). Fixes #10 This needs to be done in an FML loading stage so at the moment this gets executed, it's certain that CraftTweaker has actually loaded the required logic.
updated gradle.properties -increased mod version -updated mappings -updated forge version -updated craft tweaker version

Looks good. At first, I was like why 0.4.1 and then I realized I must have not committed my last update... I'll try to get it merged with the 0.4.0 codebase after I get a chance to test it.

Found and pushed 0.4.0. Do you mind updating your PR?

I'm sorry that I didn't get to adjust my PR in time. To be honest, I kinda forgot about it. :/
