chore: restructure project and configure microservices

Goal

• Refactors the project hierarchy by separating backend services and merging the frontend components for all microservices.
• Adds a .env file for each microservice to specify their respective ports.
• Updates .gitignore to exclude .env files to avoid pushing sensitive information.
• Adjusts the inventory management service to work with the new structure, ensuring the correct paths and configurations are applied.
