Continous Integration for easier development.

@bengunvl I've written the config file for travis-ci. Please also register the repo with travis-ci.org, so that we have less confusion when reviewing code.

@zhangcshcn @Zhichao-Yu Added Build Badge into README.md. I did a Pull Request which is showing now in Travis-CI. Also, have registered our repo with Travis-CI.
