Add a Prod Stage to the pipeline

As a developer I need a production deploy stage So that the product can be deployed automatically.

Assumptions:

• We will create a new space in Cloud Foundry account called prod
• The application name would be nyu-promotion-service-s18-prod.
• The production service will be accessible at https://nyu-promotion-service-s18-prod.mybluemix.net.
• The database will be named ClearDB-prod. No test case should run against it.

Acceptance Criteria: If all the integration tests pass, the code should be automated delopyed to production.
