What we want: A way to display contributions our students have made

Potential features:

'Levels' of achievement, ie. Gold, Silver, Bronze users, etc.
Links to relevant PRs? (Could be an issue if some users submit dozens of PRs)
Option to post to social media

What we don't want:

For this to be associated with 'users'
For it to be difficult to maintain

In thinking more about this, I'm not sure that it's the best way to motivate students to contribute to open source. That said, I'm not sure I have any better ideas either. @ElijahCaine @borcean any other thoughts?
