This PR proposes the markdown format for adding interview questions.

What do you think about making it separate so it can be used by anyone who does not necessarily follow the roadmap?

So, I'd suggest making this an independent section like the one in the Hive Box project.

The project itself is independent, but at the same time linked to the roadmap sections.
