Some basic files and layout. I made some classes for the different components, but just styled them to pop out. Leaving the actual styles until we figure out what it should look like.

Great start here. If you can ignore the compiled assets and use @import for the stylus I'll merge this in.

I'll be submitting a PR that does asset compilation on deployment.

Updated with better imports and no compiled files. Working on a quick BB spike for scroll nav.
