Backbone and Navigation #8

There is still a bug clicking the nav links, it will scroll and then un-highlight the clicked link. Also needs jasmine but I figured this was a decent spike. Wanted to get some chatter going.

I recommend reviewing commit by commit.

I was checking out Emport last week - sounds good. I bet Miles would love some more people using it too. I'll make some updates.

This is good enough for now, we can convert to emport as another issue.
