Add banner to bottom of app to encourage pinning app to the home screen #18

Try to get users to pin the app to their home screen so it's easy to get to on debate day. Should work with iOS and Android at least. Probably should only show on the main card selection screen. Ideal if it stops showing up if the site is loaded from an already pinned tile/icon.

Nice to have for v1.0 but can wait.
