How about just "Doesn't she lie all the time?" I'm not sure we really need the "trustworthy" part.
From the feedback we have gotten, a lot of people are going to this article looking at general trust issues they have with her. E.g. #152 went to this article looking for e-mails.
On the one hand, that is an argument to make the title more specific. On the other hand, "trustworthiness" is an important catch-all that might be a good article to get us to funnel people to other parts of the site. So that we have follow-up questions about different aspects that can go to different pages.
I like option 2.
I'm ok with option 2 as the link from the main page. And then, to adhere to the Q&A format in the article itself, we could go with something like:
Q: Is Hillary trustworthy?
A: Yes,...
Thoughts?
👍 I think I prefer that as well
Ideas:
Disadvantage of 1: long.
Disadvantage of 2: not a question.
Disadvantage of 3: double negative. ish.
