Description Recruitment drive for participants to the group. (Duration: 2 Weeks)

• Group managers create the application form for participants.
• The steering committee will promote the recruitment process.
• Group managers are encouraged to promote the recruitment process.
• Each group must receive a minimum of 8 participants.

Output

• Create and distribute application forms for membership (Duration: 1 week, overlaps with recruitment drive).
• Steering committee promotes recruitment efforts (Duration: ongoing during recruitment).
• Ensure each group receives at least 8 members.
