SU and root FAILED #17

When trying to backup an Xperia Z2 (D6503) I got this error Waiting for USB Debugging...OK Pushing Backup TA Tools...OK Checking for SU binary...FAILED Requesting root permissions...FAILED

I executed with administrator rights.

Do you have an SU binary package installed ? Which one ?

my sony z1(c6902) got this problem too. i use TA v9.11 (2014-06-15)

android 5.1.1
