style - justified Content and Made it Responsive

Styled the footer to place the flex items around the div on medium and large screens made content in flex item to occupy the center of div using items-center text-left is used only on screens equal and above medium on screen size below medium ,flex items are aligned in a row and text-center is used .

ON MEDIUM AND LARGE SCREENS

IF SCREEN SIZE IS BELOW MEDIUM
