An internal TX e.g., https://cardanoscan.io/stakekey/stake1u9ttjzthgk2y7x55c9f363a6vpcthv0ukl2d5mhtxvv4kusv5fmtz should have no input/output and only the fee (should be also recognized)

Instead this is shown
