[Feature Request] A raw data image viewer such like 7yuv.exe #113

There is an application called 7yuv on Windows. That application can load any pure bytes images with different pixel format and size. It is very useful for an engineer working on Video Decoding or Picture Decoding.

DevToysMac is now archived and deprecated. We just released DevToys 2.0 for Windows, Mac and Linux. This issue may or may have not been addressed in the new version.
