When using the function to optimize the size of the picture, the generated file will overwrite the original file, which I don't think is very suitable. When using the checksum function, it will take a long time if the file is too large. I think it would be more appropriate to add a progress bar or other display to inform the user whether the checksum calculation is in progress, and it would be nice to provide a button to stop the checksum calculation currently in progress. thanks.

@TeackReais Thanks for the suggestion! I've added an option to specify if the original file should be overwritten or not!

Hi,

DevToysMac is now archived and deprecated. We just released DevToys 2.0 for Windows, Mac and Linux. This issue may or may have not been addressed in the new version.
