Add option to change the tab width #82

Currently, the tab width is 2 spaces, so changing between 2 spaces and 1 tab doesn't make any difference visually, which is the main reason I would do it (because I distinguish text better if it's indented more). Would it be possible to add an option that allows you to set the desired tab width?
