Android 13 roms force File Based Encryption which needs a special TWRP build otherwise it can't view any of your files.

When we were using this TWRP, we manually disabled the encryption from the fstab. As you might have noticed I'm not maintaining this TWRP anymore since I don't own the device myself but LineageOS is right around the corner :)
