What does this PR do?

This PR introduces a reusable accordion component built using the Salt Design System. The component supports various configurations, such as expandable/collapsible functionality, customizable headers, and dynamic content rendering. It accommodates different content types, ensuring full responsiveness and accessibility features.

Much like this, it would be of great help if you assign me along with labels in PR too because I think gssoc considers PR labels for grading the contributers.
