Alignment of Navigation Bar for Mobile View

Alignment for navigation bar is distorted for mobile view for logged in and logged out view

Steps to Reproduce (if applicable)

Just minimize the screen to mobile size or change device type from developer inspect tools

Expected Behavior

All the icons should be aligned properly

Current Behavior (SS)
