New storybook and jobpost modal #200

Added a few components to this PR, including:

Vercel footer (looking to ask for Vercel sponsorship so we can review front-end PRs more easily)
Job Post Modal (prototype of how clicking on a job card will look #189 (NOT FINISHED YET)
Fixed responsiveness in a few pages, including those that got ugly after adding the footer
Fixed theme with variants for buttons, headings, and text
Fixed storybook to show the changes from theme
