feat: create API3 track/lessons/component initial scaffolding

n.b. I added a few titles and descriptions just to fill some gaps and give you an idea what the track would start looking like @billyjitsu - I was not making any suggestions, or assumptions with these descriptors (just so you know 😁 )

Added a track with:

• we can turn the visibility on or off at different stages, i.e. local branch, staging and main , Billy
• [x] add one track with temporary descriptions
• [x] add three lesson placeholders with temporary descriptions (once again, Billy, I don't know what you will eventually fill these with, or how many)
• [x] add six components to each lesson placeholder and commented out all but the < LessonLayout > component.

Added a lesson and quiz templates

• [x] add lesson 1 content available + images/gif
• [x] add warm-up quiz template (used questions from another lesson to show functionality)
• [x] add final quiz template (used a few questions from another lesson to show functionality)

@Markkos89 do we now set the flag for this as 'local', or what is the next step? It shouldn't be live on a front-end until each lesson is ready. I think my best next step is create a new branch for the first lesson out of the three templates - so @billyjitsu and I can collaborate on that lesson's branch. What say you? 😁
