since it wont be ready in time today, disable its visibility on staging and prod

the three API lessons' productionVisible flags are set to true

and the good news is:

the API3 track productionVisible flag is set to false ... i.e. the track will 'not' be live to the public.
stagingVisible and [locally]visible flags are all set to true as intended.
