MVP: add author avatars where possible #179

Follows on somewhat from this issue on the same subject of 'replacing avatars with the default standard image': https://github.com/Developer-DAO/academy-turbo/issues/174

and will be helped a lot by the code in this PR which replaced that default standard to Raza and Wolovim's avatars, and elsewhere with a standard D_D default image: https://github.com/Developer-DAO/academy-turbo/pull/177

This Issue will:

add the avatar of the primary authors in the Build an NFT track and Fundamentals track lesson cards
