Lesson2 upgrade of Hardhat, ethers.js, Sepolia

Update code due to upgrades with Hardhat, ethers.js, Goerli to Sepolia

Changes

• updated code primarily in deploy.js
• updated some code to reflect newer dependencies needed to run this project
• changed all instructions for learner to use Sepolia (was previously Goerli, which will be deprecated soon for app development) including links to etherscan and test ETH faucets
• left a mention in the lesson to say that we originally used Goerli to avoid confusion
• did some nit-picking with upper case -S for Solidity 🤣
• one warm-up question needed a 'true' answer.

haven't had a chance to execute the code locally, but text changes appear sound and looks like a good iterative improvement 👍
