Feat: Status Badge bug fixed updating the validations logic #239

Changes

refactored completed status badge on getting-started page
refactored quiz compelted status badge on the lessons page when the quiz is already completed

Summary

The validations to get the correct completed status boolean on both validations were outdated and they needed to be updated to work with the new db tables fields from the Lessons table.
