Create guide on "How to build a token based Discord Community." #10

We need a guide that helps people looking to create a Discord community for their DAO. The guide should contain clear instructions for setting up a Discord server and token-gating it using something like Collab.land

The most efficient way to do this is to create a server template. That will allow folks to launch a server in just a single click, saving them hours of config. Collab.land config can be done after the server has been created. What else should the guide contain?

@AlmostEfficient I think that's enough for the guide. We just need to help them with a Discord server and Collab.land.
