add favicons for all platforms and webmanifest #115

This fix was already pitched in the dao-branding channel and helps maintaining the continuous dao branding on different platforms. Sites like the wiki and the forum already have the round favicon.

In addition each platform comes with its own design requirements. You can't just use the same picture everywhere. I used RealFaviconGenerator to craft the correct icons for every platform.
