Animate on Scroll #41

Modern websites do have AOS or animate on scroll effect, I would love to add this feature to the website. This would make it look as if the site is interactive and is responding to the user as they navigate through.

Also I am open to more contributions to the website and I am willing to contribute to the open source community.
