Publish recent activity #247

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "Publish recent activity (one line stories) to my wall"
2. If the user unchecks the box, to prevent the App from posting things to 
their wall
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
How i check the permission and display message to user or permission box

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APi Version 2.1.1
