The comment: "Though Hillary is fictional, her story is based on the experiences of real developers we observed in a previous study [6]" -- should be moved to the TOP of the example.

[x] Maybe using the name "Hillary" as your example isn't a good choice this year! Especially since the conference will be just before the US election.
