When Were the Open Source spreadsheets created? #17

In the intro, I've currently got a bullet that says "the EUSES corpus is about a decade old." This argument only works if we have a good chunk of "new" spreadsheets. Can you quantify the age of our spreadsheets?

If you can't find this out easily, I could easily drop this bullet -- the others are strong enough without it.

There doesn't seem to be a way to do this. Modified time and created time both indicate when I downloaded the files. And the Google index only recorded when it last crawled, not first crawled.

It's often available from the HTTP server where the file came from. Is that gone now?

Yeah sure, feel free to drop it.
