I guess my preference is to make it public.
@Felienne how do you feel about that? There's still a bit of research value here (other spreadsheet corpora from wikileaks) and the sampling methodology, but I think the likelihood that we'll publish another paper on this and get scooped because we made this repo public is low. Thoughts?

Repo is now public.
Given two papers have been published about the spreadsheets, and neither of them were based off of this, can we move this repo to public space, or nuke it entirely [or, less destructively, move it to the ncsu github and remove from public space]?
