v3.5 with lots of notable edits #38

Hi dear Paul,

This time you can easily see what I've changed. I changed lots of things and users must edit their usage in their codes, i.e. their request codes, requests (file or directory), builder launch() method, and etc.. The sample app is more readable now.

Hope to merge this one :)
