Fix for issue #2 #8

Hello hello hello! So I was reading through the code and the issues as i have used this script quite a bit and just added things/removed things. So my idea was that we make a config file and get database info from there as well as if they want certain things(Complex password etc). If this idea is accepted be sure to check pull request as i will bring them in :D

As well as #1. They can have an option to display all online users info config(Just to clarify .htaccess would block access to config)

Thanks for your interest in this script! This script is for educational purposes and not intended for production use. However, I am in the process of creating a repository with a fork that IS for production use. I'd be happy to have your input there. I will link back to this issue when it is ready. In the meantime, we could create another branch for fixes here.
