Forgot password done partially + readme linux user update #9

  1. All instructions for linux users is updated and you udate in the doc thee instructions for a windows user i will update that.

My work :

  1. Forgot password mail sent done (sents the token)
  2. please check the do_updatepassword.php for the updation process which is not working

@skshahnawaz Please review it , i have tried a lot but it was not fixed otherwise it works fine
