empty.cpp missing in jni/proj #1

No big deal, but when compiling from scratch after initial checkout and 
download of the additional libraries the ndk-build command complains about a 
missing empty.cpp file in proj. 
A simple 'touch empty.cpp' in that directory will fix the problem.
